Unlimited Plan

$79/month/employee

Includes:

  • Comprehensive Naturopathic + Primary Care

  • Unlimited Number of Visits and Access to All Services*

  • Add Dependents (up to age 26): $79/month with Family Max of $249/month

  • Employers can choose to sponsor either plan or allow employees to upgrade themselves.

*Employers can select whether to cover cost of annual screening labs and dependents. All plans are customizable.
