Dr. Rebecca Nuñez, Dr. Kieran Gesko and Kali Doyle, PNP provide compassionate, naturopathic, primary care, combining expertise and empathy to support your health and well-being for all ages. Dr. Adam Jacobs, DC brings an additional component of whole person healthcare by addressing physical alignment and overall health.

Dr. Rebecca Nuñez is a licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND). She entered the medical field working in the Emergency Department as a Scribe while completing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa where she studied biology, chemistry and conducted research. Dr. Nuñez then went on to complete her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in 2022.
Dr. Nuñez functions as a primary care provider with a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders. She has had additional training through mentorships from experts in the field of digestive health, including with Dr. Lela Altman, ND, FABNG, LAc and Dr. Megan Taylor, ND. She is a member of the AANP and GastroANP which allows her to continue her education and stay up to date on the latest medical advances in the field.
Dr. Nuñez is a Christian, mother and wife who understands the important connection between mental, physical, and spiritual health. Through her own life experience and daily growth, she strives to understand and meet patients where they are at in their health journey, without judgment, and full of empathy.

Dr. Kieran Gesko is a naturopathic primary care physician who is passionate about family health and total wellness. Raised in the greater Seattle area as the eldest of 11 children in a big Catholic family, Dr. Gesko studied biology during undergraduate studies and conducted research at Benedictine College in Kansas. She received her medical training at Bastyr University in Seattle and completed a year of a Master's studies in Psychology at Divine Mercy University to better understand her patients and support them from a whole-person perspective.
Dr. Gesko is trained as an FSM practitioner (Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy), a non-invasive targeted therapy approach for various conditions, with a personal focus on treating anxiety, depression, chronic inflammation, and pain management.As a family medicine practitioner, Dr. Gesko supports her patients in all aspects of their health, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her special clinical interests include cardiometabolic health, diabetes, women’s health, behavioral health, and nervous system function. She is passionate about empowering patients to take charge of their health and focusing on preventative wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gesko enjoys growing her herbal medicine garden, cooking large dinners with family and friends, and adventuring with her husband and growing family. She prays daily for her patients and their continued health and well-being, and she looks forward to getting to know them and supporting them in their health journey.

Kali Doyle is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for preventative pediatric care. From the young age of seven, she felt a clear calling to work in pediatrics. Growing up, she stayed active in both sports and her community, ultimately combining these passions in 2013 when she began studying nursing while playing Division I softball.
Kali earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University in 2017 and spent the next five years working as a nurse in neonatal intensive care units. Three of those years were devoted to travel nursing, where she had the privilege of caring for infants in NICUs across the country. Driven to deepen her impact in pediatric healthcare, Kali went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2021, specializing in pediatric primary care. During her graduate training, she discovered a love for natural medicine and continues to pursue learning opportunities in this area whenever she can.
As a devoted follower of Christ and a mother, Kali approaches each patient with compassion, kindness, and understanding. She believes every child is uniquely created and deserves personalized, thoughtful care. Committed to building strong, trusting relationships with families, Kali values the vital role parents play, recognizing they know their child best.
Passionate about pediatric preventive medicine, Kali’s mission is to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to support their child’s health and well-being. She considers it a true privilege to walk alongside each child in their health journey and is deeply committed to helping our children grow up healthy and thriving!
Outside of the office, Kali cherishes time with her husband and daughter. Together, they love exploring the great outdoors—whether it’s running, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing, or camping, adventure is always calling. A food and nutrition enthusiast, Kali also enjoys spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes. Her other hobbies include sketching, weightlifting, reading, and staying actively involved in her church community.

Dr. Adam Jacobs’ journey into chiropractic care began with a wakeboarding injury that left him with debilitating low back pain—and a new perspective on healing. This experience led him away from conventional medicine and toward a more hands-on, holistic approach to care.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from UC Santa Cruz, where he also played collegiate basketball. He went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, specializing in sports chiropractic. He holds certifications in Active Release Technique™ (ART), Functional Movement Systems™ (F.M.S.), Titleist Performance Institute™ (TPI) Medical 2, and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS).
Adam’s career has spanned elite-level sports and everyday wellness, from treating Olympic athletes in Park City, UT, to founding SF Custom Chiropractic—the Bay Area’s top-rated clinic. He has served as the onsite chiropractor for Equinox, Yelp, and major events like Outside Lands Music Festival and the U.S. Open Golf Championship. His areas of expertise include sports injuries, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica and hip pain.
Adam recently relocated to Spokane with his wife to be closer to her family. Outside the clinic, he stays active skiing, wakeboarding, running, golfing, and enjoying the great outdoors. He’s a proud dad of two, and you’ll often find him coaching youth sports and cheering on his kids in their many activities.
He believes in the power of chiropractic care to support people at every stage of life—whether it’s a young athlete recovering from injury, a parent managing stress and posture, or a retiree staying mobile and active. Adam is grateful to bring his passion for healing, movement, and community to the Unbound Health team.
